Biotransformación de a-pineno empleando aspergillus niger
Abstract
El a-pineno es uno de los monoterpenos más abundantes encontrado en aceites de coníferas y presente en la gran mayoría de aceites esenciales. Los pinenos son de gran valor como precursores de aromas y fragancias cuyos derivados se producen por oxidación y en menor cantidad por extracción directa de plantas. En este estudio se evaluó la biotransformación del a-pineno empleando Aspergillus niger como biocatalizador, en diferentes medios de reacción. Fue posible la obtención de a-terpineol y p-mentano-1,8-diol como componentes principales, y componentes minoritarios, borneol y fenchol.Downloads
