Abstract

En este trabajo, se llevó a cabo la biotransformación enzimática de los monoterpenos R(+)-limoneno, a-pineno y ?-terpineno, por medio de la enzima cloroperoxidasa del hongo Caldariomyces fumago. Las reacciones enzimáticas se llevaron a cabo en mezclas de acetonitrilo:agua, y los productos obtenidos fueron extraídos con éter etílico, secados con sulfato de sodio y finalmente analizados por cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas (GCMS). Finalmente, se identificaron carvona y (E)-carveol como productos de la biotransformación del R(+)limoneno.
