Actividad diurética del extracto total acuoso de los cálices de hibiscus sabdariffa l. administrado en ratas albinas variedad wistar
Abstract
La fracción en etanol del extracto liofilizado y el Extracto total acuoso sin liofilizar (infusión) de los cálices de Hibiscus sabdariffa fueron los tratamiento que presento mayor efecto diurético, en ratas albinas machos cepa wistar de peso promedio 295,1g; cuando se evaluaron concentraciones de 20 mg/kg de peso corporal comparados con el control positivo hidroclorotiazida respectivamente. L3 presenta una diuresis de tipo no electrolítico de acuerdo a lo establecido por Stein, con comportamiento fisiológico diferente al del patrón positivo Hidroclorotiazida. El extracto total acuosos liofilizado en dosis de 400 mg/Kg de peso corporal no induce alteraciones macromorfologicas y tampoco histopatológicas al ser administrado en ratas albinas machos cepa wistar.Downloads
