Inhibicion de adn por extractos vegetales de plantas de la ecorregion cafetera
Abstract
Este estudio presenta los resultados de la inhibición del ADN de 52 extractos metanólicos y 51 de diclorometano evaluados con el ADN del esperma de Herring mediante la reducción de la señal de absorción al ultravioleta a través del método de HPLC descrito por Pezzuto y colaboradores. Se evaluaron 103 extractos pertenecientes a plantas de las familias: Asteraceae, Euphorbiaceae, Melastomataceae, Rubiaceae y Solanaceae recolectadas en el Parque Regional Natural Ucumarí (PRNU, Colombia). Los porcentajes de inhibición más altos del ADN lo presentaron los extractos metanólicos de las siguientes especies pertenecientes a la familia Asteraceae: Schistocarpha sinforisi Cuatrec. (68.3 por ciento), Aspilla quinquernervis Blake (50.74 por ciento) y Verbesina nudipes Blake (43.20 por ciento); adicionalmente, el porcentaje de inhibición de la Solanaceae, Deprea glabra Standl fue del 41.01 por ciento. Todos los extractos de diclorometano evaluados mostraron baja inhibición del ADN.Downloads
