Estudio comparativo de la composición química de aceites esenciales de lippia alba provenientes de diferentes regiones de colombia, y efecto del tiempo de destilación sobre la composición del aceite
Abstract
Se compararon las composiciones químicas de los aceites esenciales (AEs) de lantas de Lippia alba recolectadas en 15 regiones de Colombia. Los AEs fueron obtenidos por hidrodestilación asistida por la radiación de microondas (MWHD) y analizados por GC-MS. Adicionalmente, se evaluó el efecto del estado de madurez de las hojas, el tiempo de destilación y el tipo del material del destilador (cobre y acero) sobre el rendimiento y composición química del AE. El análisis comparativo de los AEs reveló la existencia de 3 “quimiotipos”, uno rico en carvona (ca. 41 por ciento), otro rico en citral (neral + geranial ca. 55 por ciento) y el tercero, un quimiotipo híbrido, compuesto por carvona (25 por ciento), limoneno (22 por ciento) y citral (21 por ciento).Downloads
