Caracterización de compuestos fenólicos por electroforesis capilar de la especie phyllanthus acuminatus (euphorbiaceae) y estudio de suactividad antioxidante
Abstract
En este trabajo se estableció una metodología para la caracterización de compuestos fenólicos presentes en el extracto etanólico de la especie Phyllanthus acuminatus (Eurhorblaceae), empleando electroforesis capilar en zona (CZE). Para los análisis se utilizo un equipo CAPEL-105 con detector ultravioleta que permitió la obtención del respectivo espectro para cada una de las señales observadas, en el rango de 192–378 nm. Además, se evaluó la actividad antioxidante a través del ensayo de descoloramiento del radical DPPH. (2,2-Difenil-1-picrilhidracilo) y el contenido total de fenoles por el método de Folin-Ciocalteau.Downloads
