Estudio fitoquímico del extracto etanólico de la corteza de esenbeckia runyonii (rutaceae)

Abstract

Del extracto etanólico de la corteza de Esenbeckia runyonii (Rutaceae) se aisló un alcaloide acridónico 1-Hidroxi-3-metoxi-N-metilacridona 1 y la estructura fue establecida por análisis espectroscópicos de RMN, incluyendo técnicas 2D y por comparación de datos de la literatura. Este es el primer estudio fitoquímico y de actividad biológica reportado de la corteza de E. runyonii. Se determinó la actividad citotóxica in vitro, del extracto etanólico en las células tumorales humanas, U251, PC-3, K562, HCT-15, MCF-7 y SKUL, la actividad antiinflamatoria, antibacteriana, antifúngica y antioxidante.
