Contribucion al estudio químico y de bioactividad de dos especies nativas : (croton bogotanus.cuatr. y croton funckianus.cuatr.) euphorbiaceae
Abstract
Los extractos etanólicos de las hojas verdes y senescentes de las especies nativas Croton bogotanus y Croton funckianus (Euphorbiaceae) fueron evaluados por los siguientes ensayos: a) bioensayo general de letalidad frente a larvas del crustáceo Artemia salina (Leach) y bioensayo específico con larvas del mosquito Culex quinquefasciatus.(Say). El extracto de las hojas senescentes de C. funckianus mostró los mejores resultados y su estudio químico preliminar permitió detectar la presencia de flavonoides y derivados diterpénicos como metabolitos principales del extracto activo.Downloads
