Obteción del aceite de las semillas de luffa cylindrica y evaluación de su potencial uso en la industria cosmetica
Abstract
Se realizó la extracción y caracterización fisicoquímica y microbiológica del aceite de las semillas de Luffa cilíndrica procedentes del departamento de Risaralda. Las propiedades físicas y químicas evaluadas se encontraron dentro de los parámetros establecidos por la normatividad Colombiana para aceites de uso cosmético. Según el análisis cromatográfico, el aceite presentó una composición de ácidos grasos enriquecida en oléico, linoléico, palmítico y esteárico. En la caracterización microbiológica del aceite fresco, se encontró que éste no cumple en su totalidad con la normatividad nacional vigente, pues el recuento de mesófilos, mohos, levaduras y S. aureus, sobrepasan el límite establecido.Downloads
