MÉTODO DE DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA HIDRÁULICO DE POTENCIA PARA LA AGITACIÓN DE UN TACHO
Abstract
Este artículo describe el proceso de diseño del sistema hidráulico para la agitación de la melaza (miel B) dentro de un tacho, donde se efectúa un proceso de transferencia de calor homogéneo, como un caso de estudio real en la industria azucarera. A partir de una necesidad específica: el diseño de un sistema hidráulico para la operación de un tacho, se desarrolla una metodología y se describe el proyecto de ingeniería en todas las etapas de diseño: las especificaciones técnicas a cumplir, las condiciones del trabajo a efectuar, los cálculos de diseño y las consideraciones para la selección de componentes.Downloads
