CARACTERIZACION DE LA TEXTURA SUPERFICIAL GENERADA EN PAREDES DE CILINDROS HIDRAULICOS POR BRUÑIDO
Abstract
Este documento proporciona una visión de las metodologías y parámetros usados en la caracterización de texturas superficiales en 2D y 3D, obtenidas por bruñido (honing y plateau-honing), como un primer paso para el modelado del proceso de mecanizado y el comportamiento funcional de la pared interna del cilindro hidráulico. Un estudio comparativo entres parámetros 2D y 3D ha sido realizado para establecer la posible correlación entre estos. Para reducir el número de experimentos, un estudio preliminar ha sido hecho sobre 18 muestras de cilindros con diferentes herramientas de bruñir.Downloads
