DISPONIBILIDAD TÉRMICA SOLAR Y SU APLICACIÓN EN EL SECADO DE GRANOS
Abstract
El presente trabajo, con base en la disponibilidad térmica solar que se tiene en la superficie terrestre nacional analiza las posibilidades que ésta brinda para su aplicación en los procesos agroindustriales. Se analiza el proceso de secado en dos productos importantes para el país: café y arroz. Por último, se analizan diferentes tipos de secadores presentando la aplicación de modelos teóricos y su análisis termodinámico, para evaluar cual es el de mejores perspectivas.Downloads
