Actividad alelopáltica del extracto en cloroformo de Henriettella trachyphylla y en acetato de etilo de Miconia coronata (melastomataceae)

Los extractos en cloroformo de H. trachyphylla y en acetato de etilo de M. coronata (melastomataceae) con sus respectivas fracciones fueron evaluados por su actividad alelopática frente a semilas de L. sativa L., presentando porentajes de inhibición en hippocótilo -38.8% y -45.8%, respectivamente. Las fracciones F10A1 y F10A2 obenidas del extracto en cloroformo, y las fracciones Fr1, Fr3, Fr4 y Fr5 exhibieron efecto inhibidor, tanto en hipocótilo como epicótilo. A las fracciones F10A1, F10A2 y Fr5 se les determinaron sus posibles estructuras por cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas (CG/EM) y resonancia magnética nuclear de protón (RMN-1H).Downloads
