El presente artículo se fundamenta en la mirada del ser humano como pilar de todos los cambios al interior de la organización; considera como los procesos de cambio se inician con el cambio personal, y como las organizaciones modernas son conscientes de ello.
Señala la necesidad de comprender los procesos que viven las personas sometidas al cambio constante, así como también se requiere contar con herramientas para establecer los criterios de implantación y reducción de barreras que interfieran en su aceptación, haciendo importantes aportes en el área de medición y cambio de actitudes.
