Abstract

Se pretende mostrar al lector algunas reflexiones acerca de ERP1, desde su definición, de cómo con su implementación se puede mejorar el desempeño de una compañía, cuánto tiempo puede demorar la ejecución del proyecto, qué clase de módulos de ERP requiere una organización, cómo ERP afecta la forma de trabajo en las empresas, cuánto cuesta el software y la asistencia técnica, cuáles son sus costos ocultos, cuándo y por qué fallan los proyectos de ERP, cuándo se consigue el retorno de la inversión y cuánto será y finalmente, mostrar cómo opera ERP en el comercio electrónico.
