Abstract

Desde hace algún tiempo, los administradores en las diferentes organizaciones públicas gestionan activos intangibles. Y de ahí su interés en el capital intelectual. Existe una marcada diferencia en la aplicación de modelos para empresas públicas y empresas privadas, especialmente en la maximización de utilidades o en la creación de valor para los accionistas. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se presentará un modelo de capital intelectual con algunos indicadores orientados al sector oficial, que serán agrupados en determinadas categorías para facilitar el análisis de gestión y mejorar la calidad de servicio a los ciudadanos, reflejando así el compromiso social y del medioambiente de estas organizaciones.
