La evaluación de los grupos de investigación según los indicadores de eficiencia de colciencias versus su evaluación según el análisis envolvente de datos- dea
Abstract
Este artículo pretende comparar la metodología propuesta por Colciencias para medir la Eficiencia en Investigación científica versus la perspectiva resultante de aplicar el Análisis Envolvente de Datos (DEA) al mismo problema. Como caso de ilustración son presentados, analizados y comparados los resultados obtenidos al aplicar ambos enfoques para medir la productividad investigativa a los grupos de investigación de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira inscritos en Colciencias, en el período 2000 a 2003. El “ranking” de los grupos es obtenido con ambas enfoques y los resultados comparados y analizados.Downloads
