Abstract

El presente artículo describe el diseño de un sistema de información para apoyar el control de las actuaciones derivadas de las asesorías y procesos que se adelantan en el consultorio jurídico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con el propósito de mejorar la gestión de información en la organización; bajo el paradigma computacional Cloud Computing. El sistema fue diseñado para ser ofrecido como un servicio, sin necesidad de contar con nuevas infraestructuras tecnológicas en los Consultorios Jurídicos de las universidades públicas de país, permitiendo de esta manera plantear una solución escalable y con menor traumatismo en el proceso de mantenimiento.
