Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta una aplicación dealgunos conceptos de ingeniería inversa a un reductor detornillo- sinfín corona de baja capacidad. La informaciónrecolectada referente a las características técnicas del reductorproviene de la disección del sistema para aplicar la metrologíadimensional, la medición de acabados y la comprobación detolerancias de fabricación; luego de esto, se generan losmodelos CAD y se realiza el levantamiento de los planostecnológicos de cada pieza. Se realiza la comprobación dediseño y por último se propone una metodología para larealización de los proyectos de diseño, la cual podría seradoptada a nivel industrial para mejorar la etapa deproducción.
