Through an analysis of the painting thread Bovel Furniture Factory Ltd arises a system to minimize and reduce rework costs thereof, identifying the behavior of these costs in production orders against defined standard costs for the process, analyzing the origin of non-compliant products, and allowing propose changes to the process, providing tools and techniques to add value to the products where profit margins are higher and higher, minimizing high impact generated by reprocessing and optimizing resource.Downloads
