Propuesta de un sistema para la formación en la operación de subestaciones de transmisión de energía eléctrica

Abstract

Este artículo presenta la propuesta de un sistema para el entrenamiento del alento humano que desarrolla la actividad de operación de subestaciones de transmisión de energía eléctrica. En el desarrollo del proyecto se utiliza como guía un enfoque de investigación acción orientado por la Metodología de los Sistemas Blandos (MSB) propuesta por Checkland, y los principios para la organización que aprende planteados por Morgan, Argyris y Schön, y Nonaka, a partir de lo cual se asume la idea del mejoramiento a partir del aprendizaje para proponer la conceptuación de la situación de interés, el modelado conceptual del sistema, y la especificación funcional de tecnología software de apoyo.
