Factores académicos y personales asociados al estrés en estudiantes de ciencias de la salud y estrategias de afrontamiento

Diversos factores cotidianos influyen en la vida diaria de la población, como las relaciones interpersonales, el entorno laboral y escolar, y sus respectivas cargas, pudiendo afectar la salud mental y generar estrés, cuando
este es constante y prolongado, puede generar burnout que genera agotamiento, desinterés, además de baja productividad. Para contrarrestarlo, se han estudiado estrategias como la resiliencia, la empatía y el mindfulness,
que reducen significativamente el estrés. Este trabajo busca identificar los factores académicos y personales relacionados con el estrés en estudiantes del área de la salud, así como las formas de afrontarlo para mitigar sus
efectos.
