Recubrimientos anticorrosivos sio2tio2 , obtenidos a partir de suspensiones sol-gel, aplicados sobre aceros aisi 304 y sometidos a condiciones de operación industrial
Abstract
Este trabajo muestra la conformación de películas cerámicas SiO2-TiO2 por solgel partiendo de Si(OC2H5)4 , y Ti(OBu)4 como precursores, solventes EtOH y agua, y acomplejante 2,4 pentanodiona. Depositadas, en monocapas, bicapas y tricapas, sobre acero inoxidable 304, por inmersión. Utilizando concentraciones de Si-Ti 10-90 y 70-30 respectivamente. Los sustratos recubiertos se sometieron a ambientes corrosivos proporcionados por funcionamiento de una caldera empleada para generar energía usando como combustible, carbón térmico, fuel oil y ACPM, durante un periodo de 90 y 120 días. Adicionalmente se recubrieron sellos de válvulas de escape. El comportamiento anticorrosivo se evaluó por técnicas EIS y Tafel.Downloads
