Estudio de citotoxicidad y adhesión de células humanas de osteosarcoma en ti6al4v superficialmente modificado
Abstract
El crecimiento y adhesión celular sobre biomateriales depende de las características superficiales de los materiales empleados, recubrimientos realizados sobre ellos y su grado de citotoxicidad. En este trabajo se evaluó la biocompatibilidad y adhesión de células de osteosarcoma humano (HOS) sobre Ti6Al4V pulido mecánicamente y anodizado; con rugosidades en un rango de 2 – 10 μm. Las células fueron cultivadas en un medio RPMI-1640, suero bovino 10%, en un período de 9 a 72 horas. Ninguno de los sobrenadantes fue toxico para las células y no se observaron diferencias en la adhesión celular entre los diferentes tipos de discos.Downloads
