Inmovilizacion de lactasa en sílicas con porosidad controlada
Abstract
El uso de enzimas a nivel industrial es económicamente viable si éstos son estables bajo las condiciones del proceso y pueden ser reutilizados, lo cual puede lograrse mediante inmovilización en un soporte apropiado. Materiales inorgánicos porosos como las sílicas son buenos candidatos como soporte ya que presentan alta resistencia mecánica y térmica, facilitan el flujo y son biodegradables. Se muestra la eficiencia de sílica con porosidad controlada como soporte para inmovilización de lactasa. Este material es sintetizado partiendo de fuente de sílica barata, en presencia de surfactante catiónico y acetato de etilo que permiten modular el tamaño de poroDownloads
