Estudio de la velocidad de corrosión de un acero aisi-sae 1020 en un sistema salmuera-aceite refinado-co2-h2s por medio de un electrodo de cilindro rotatorio (ecr) y un simulador de flujo
Abstract
La sinergia producida por la presencia de gases corrosivos como el CO2 y H2S, y la influencia de variables como velocidad del fluido y una fase oléica, genera daños en tuberías y equipos en la industria petrolera. En este trabajo, se estudia la velocidad de corrosión en un acero AISI-SAE 1020, teniendo en cuenta componentes del fluido, cambios en la temperatura, velocidades de flujo y porcentajes de aceite, en geometrías como ECR y simulador de flujo. Se observó la influencia marcada de la relación O/W y la velocidad del flujo sobre la formación-destrucción de capas protectoras e inhibidoras de la corrosión.Downloads
