Reforzamiento de la aleacion de aluminio 6061 con carburos dobles de fe-cr obtenidos por aleacion mecanica
Abstract
En este trabajo, se obtienen materiales compuestos vía pulvimetalurgia, de polvos de AA6061 reforzado con partículas de carburos dobles de Fe-Cr, obtenidos por Aleación Mecánica en un molino planetario. Los polvos, tanto de la matriz como del refuerzo son caracterizados y mezclados, para luego ser compactados, extruídos y finalmente envejecidos artificialmente, con el fin de evaluar sus propiedades mecánicas y tribológicas. La metodología experimental involucra el estudio de tres factores: factor composición (5 y 10% en volumen de refuerzo); factor tratamiento (T1 = material extruído, y T6 = envejecimiento artificial); y el factor refuerzo (tamizado por malla 400 y sin tamizar).Downloads
