Transformaciones de fase y comportamiento mecánico bajo cargas cíclicas de una aleación binaria ni-ti
Abstract
El comportamiento superelástico de microtubos de una aleación policristalina de Ni-Ti se evaluó mediante ensayos en tensión uniaxial en carga/descarga a diferentes porcentajes de deformación a 37 º. Se evidencio que la superelasticidad es afectada por la presencia de una deformación residual que se incrementa a medida que aumenta el porcentaje de deformación. Los factores que promueven esta deformación están relacionados con la presencia de pequeños precipitados de Ti-Ni (Ti3Ni4) y la formación de una fase R que impiden la transformación total de la martensita durante el demaclado. Este comportamiento disminuye la resistencia a la fatiga de la aleación de Ni-Ti bajo cargas cíclicas.Downloads
