Diseño y puesta a punto de una nueva tecnologia de fundicion semisólida para composites metalicos en colombia
Abstract
Se reporta el diseño de un equipo automático para la fundición de partes a partir de composites metálicos. La técnica que ha sido desarrollada, se fundamenta en la combinación del Compocasting para la producción de composites metálicos reforzados con partículas y el Tixoformado. Este último para la fundición bajo presión. El equipo permite la manipulación de las variables de proceso mediante una interfaz que opera las señales en tiempo real. Finalmente, para asegurar la calidad de las piezas fundidas y la mejor geometría de los moldes, se han implementado simulaciones del proceso mediante Flow-3D.Downloads
