Implementación de la técnica de modulación de frecuencia electroquímica (efm), mediante instrumentación virtual para evaluación de parámetros de corrosión
Abstract
Se presenta la técnica Modulación de Frecuencia Electroquímica (EFM), que consiste en la generación de dos potenciales de tipo sinusoidal a diferente frecuencia e igual amplitud, sumados y aplicados a la muestra que se pretende evaluar frente a la corrosión; para su implementación se diseñó un prototipo de potenciostato con programación visual LabVIEW 7.1, la técnica fue probada sobre acero con soluciones de H2SO4 al 0.05M y contrastada con las técnicas, Resistencia a la Polarización Lineal (LPR) y Espectroscopia Electroquímica de Impedancia (EIS). La importancia de EFM, radica en que se obtienen valores de velocidad de corrosión sin el conocimiento previo de los parámetros Tafel [1,2].Downloads
