Resistencia a la compresión de morteros pigmentados con azul ultramar
Abstract
El Azul Ultramar (aluminosilicato polisulfurado de sodio, AU) es un pigmento inorgánico utilizado en diversas industrias (automotriz, polimeros, jabones y detergentes). En esta investigación se evalúa la resistencia a compresión de morteros con pigmentos tradicionales y con AU, donde se evidencia que el AU produce un aumento hasta de un 54% a siete días de curado. Sin embargo, los análisis mineralógicos no muestran al AU como una puzolana clásica debido a que la disminución del HC no se traduce en un aumento de tobermorita sino en un aumento de etringita, la cual es responsable del incremento de la resistencia mecánica.Downloads
