Comparacion de la junta en estado sólido mediante fsw y arco electrico en aleacion az31
Abstract
Se realizó la comparación micro estructural y mecánica de algunas uniones a tope de Magnesio AZ31 entre un proceso MIG con aporte de Mg en el que el material se funde y solidifica, y un proceso por fricción, FSW; en el que el metal siempre se encuentra en estado sólido, evitando los problemas referentes a la solidificación y permitiendo que las propiedades de la junta sean más cercanas a las del metal base. Se encontró que las pérdidas en resistencia mecánica son significativamente menores en el proceso en estado sólido.Downloads
