Abstract

El trabajo se basa en la aplicación de un programa de gestión energética en el área de producción de vapor, que permita caracterizar el estado operativo y proponer estrategias de mejora en la Compañía Nacional de Levaduras LEVAPAN S.A., localizada en Tuluá, departamento del Valle del Cauca. Para su desarrollo, se aplican herramientas simples de gestión energética que permitan, a partir de datos históricos de consumo de combustible y generación de vapor, proponer estrategias de mejora en la empresa citada. Finalmente, del análisis de los datos recogidos se presentan estrategias de mejora aplicables en la compañía.
