Análisis de ploidia por citometría de flujo de callos embriogénicos de aliso andino (alnus acuminata h.b.k.)
Abstract
El aliso (Alnus acuminata H.B.K.) es un árbol perteneciente a la familia Betulaceae, con gran potencial como fijador de nitrógeno, reforestador de cuencas hidrográficas y con variados usos de su madera. En el laboratorio de Biotecnología Vegetal de la Facultad de Ciencias Ambientales se obtuvieron líneas celulares embriogénicas de esta especie, las cuales fueron analizadas para estabilidad de ploidía mediante citometría de flujo, con la colaboración del Laboratorio de Cultivos Celulares del Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular de Plantas en Valencia, España.Downloads
